Bedbugs! No empathy No Hospitality and no refund for my 2 night stay. At 3am I woke with bedbugs bites. They told us they washing machines are broken down so we had to wash our own family clothes with our own money at 3:00am. They moved us to another room that one roach crawling on the kitchen sink. At this point We disgusted. We waited for the manager " [redacted] " to come in at 7:00am to explain what horrible night we had and how my face area became effected by the bedbugs bitess, He had the nerves to only offer $50.00 for the inconvenience and one night credited. I was offended by his comment stating "Travelers brings the bedbugs" at this point I'm expecting, full stay refunded. [redacted] offer us to Check-Out. Now, we refused to waste our time talking to him and decided to go for my daughter's 10th Birthday Breakfast celebration and at lease make the best of it. After 5pm The bites became very painful and swollen. I went to the mall by my own Tylenol and Hydrocortisone for the bites. We go up to the new room and our door was open with 2 gentleman in it.... We was speechless of why? They were I n our room without us knowing about it, We felt our privacy was just violated. The two guys claim they were just doing what was told to do and they walked out and said sorry about it. Again I'm in pain and we are not going to stress that now....by 7pm I can't deal. Called lobby asked if they had any pain killer for this bites and referred to buy from the mall, which I already did. Then, I asked for a manager.. [redacted] another manager is aware of situation already and advised if we don't get our nights credited we will have to have a lawyer call them [redacted] said "then she will have to disconnect this call" and hung up. By 11pm my eye is shut and all my bites has there own heart beat, pounding with pain. My husband now it's really worried and had the call EMT. (This hotel its a joke, how they called the fire dept. Thank god they are also licensed as a ambulance ) I end up going to Celebration Hospital and we didn't get to the till 6:45am. Now getting ready to go home back to NYC and very happy we are going back. Before we left we wanted a copy of the incident report... The refused to so, after the complaint we did. The decided to give us a copy of what my husband wrote as witness. I inform Security Lashonda or Lashonta this is not what we requesting. We want papers showing what you as a hotel/business did, she them EXCORTED us out. Smh. We missed our flight had to pay another $50.per person total 200.00 to guarantee our seats back home. I'm sorry to say this was a nightmare for not only me but my family. They ruined my daughters 10th Birthday we should of gotten treated better. I guess since I'm not a florida resident they think they can get away with this. By the way be aware they don't have corporates. They have 4 managers and they are corporate, sad.
