We were moving from out of town and only saw the home (not finished) the weekend while we were in town shopping for homes. We decided on this home because we felt comfortable with the people we met from NZC, they were very informative, and we loved the neighborhood. We were able to choose our selections remotely and Jami their designer was so helpful and made it easy, even though I was super nervous not being able to see everything together in person. The building team was super helpful through the process and always responded very quickly to our questions. When I saw the home at our walk through a week before closing I couldn't have been happier! There were only a few minor things that we pointed out at the walk through, the superintendent actually showed us things we didn't catch too which I thought was great and showed integrity! Everything was touched up and done by our closing day and we couldn't be happier with our new home and neighborhood! I will recommend NZC to anyone looking to build a new home!
