by mail on 10/25/- ID*** This is regarding a recent customer *** *** *** purchased a car off us on 8-9-through credit Acceptance*** drove the car for almost entire week before getting us the necessary documents to us in order to be paid by the credit loanerAfter finally get the documents needed *** said she had to get work done to the vehicle which she took to mechanic of her choosingShe Then had state troopers come visit and talk with usWe made an agreement with *** and the state troopers in person to pay *** back $and that would resolve all issues between us and her purchasing this vehicle. *** took the check of $and was very satisfied with thatThe state troopers also called *** to make sure she received payment, in which she did*** has a Loan through credit acceptance and has a warranty through them*** has been driving the car for over a month now and she should follow up with her warranty company if she has any future issues with her vehicleThank You,

After finally get the documents needed [redacted] said she had to get work done to the vehicle which she took to mechanic of her choosing. She Then had state troopers come visit and talk with us. We made an agreement with [redacted] and the state troopers in person to pay [redacted] back $500.00 and that would resolve all issues between us and her purchasing this vehicle. [redacted] took the check of $500.00 and was very satisfied with that. The state troopers also called [redacted] to make sure she received payment, in which she did. [redacted] has a Loan through credit acceptance and has a warranty through them. Review: Hello How are you, March 30,2016 I purchased a vehicle from Nick Halls Auto Sales LLC it's 2001 Subaru for $3,499 . The only thing they told me that was wrong with the vehicle was the Catalytic converter I said ok to knew that part buying the car as is . March 31,2016 I had taken the vehicle to get a test done on what was all wrong with the car the car failed the test. April 1,2016 I had called to ask to speak to him to see if he can recommend me go to somebody to help fix a car. Nick Hall said yes I would have to go out Ambridge I said that's fine but I do like the car. He told me to call him back on my lunch break and I did and I got no answer. April 4,16 the car completely stopped working because the battery was corroded my Dad had to clean the battery and get a brand new connection for the vehicle. It was a running off of the alternator not the battery. So after that the car started working ok. April 6, 2016 I get a oil change for [redacted] April 13,2016 I noticed the car steering wheel was locking when I turn right. I went back to [redacted]r they told me the I needed front and back caliper and brake , rotor.and flush brake fluid exchange and also recyclable fluid disposal. Around April 20th I called back to talk to Nick Halls and I got no answer . I got ahold of the lady who sold me the car who works for the Nick Halls and I began to ask her if they if I can bring the car back she told me they do not sell their cars back that that's basically its my problem I told her there's multiple problems to the car that I wasn't told about and I overpaid for the car I asked to speak to Nick Halls once again andshe told me he wasn't there. I was try t come some type agreement about the car and she was really rude towards me and I told her I might have to go and file a complaint and she said that's fine do what you have to do. We have lawyer. That was the last conversation that we had now May 23, 2016 the car stopped working once again and this time I had no idea what could be the issue. I'm just asking for your help thank you and I hope I do hear from you soon and God bless.Desired Settlement: Refunds me the full amount 3,499.

Review: On March 24, 2015 purchased a 2000 Ford Taurus Station Wagon with only 99,000 original miles. Dealer stated vehicle was in good condition. On April 3, 2015 transmission failed. Dealer refused to take car back. Additives were added to transmission fluid to mask problem.Desired Settlement: Pay for repairs estimated to be $1500.00
