I confirm that Mrs*** purchased a sofa and chair from our store. As for her claim that the cushion is too long, she had someone bring in the cushion to our store. we compared it to the same cushion that was on our showroom. They were identical in size and we
told them there was nothing that we could do. On the stain on her sofa, she has written warranty that was given to her at time of delivery. This warranty is through Guardsman and there is a direct number where she is to call if she gets a stain on here furnitureAt this point we believe we have done all that we can do

Mrs*** did purchase a sealy posturepedic mattress and adjustable base from Nicholls Furniture About months later, she called to let us know that she a a body impression in her mattress At that time, I told her that the sealy warranty
covers any body impression of 1/" or more We went and measured the body impression in her mattress It was at inches I called Mrs***and told her that she could select a new mattress She selected an mattress and we exchanged it for her defective mattress at no charge.Mrs *** then called about a month later claiming that her new mattress had a body impression We went to her home and the bodyimpression measure at inch I told her that it must be at least 1/inches to be covered under sealy's warranty and if does we wouldstand behind this warranty At the time of this response, this is where we stand on this Matter.Sincerely,AMichael NichollsVice PresidentNicholls Furniture
