Order something in October 28 never received it and never got an email back they took the money out of my account and now that I look her up everybody says that she’s a scam artist no response tried dming her emailing there’s no phone number just lost $100

I had been eye buying for a long time and finally I decided to place an order with some money I had gotten for Mother’s Day on May 10th. Just as some of the other consumers reported, I have yet to receive my package. I have tried chatting and emailing and only got responses talking about my tracking number and pretty much blaming it on the USPS for not getting my package. A good company, with good ratings would’ve gladly either refunded my money or sent another package out. I am African American and I try my best to support African American owned businesses and it just doesn’t sit well when I get bad experiences in return. When you see Nichole Lynel’s company she paints the picture of a great quality company, but after this bad experience the company is giving scammer vibes and deserves a low BBB rating, as just a money chaser with bad customer relations. I really wish I had seen the reviews from other consumers and how bad this company handles their business before I spent my money. I’m glad I only bought one outfit. As of today I’m unsubscribing from her emails and text messages. I’ll never buy anything else again. She doesn’t even deserve the one star that I gave.😠
