I am always upset if any of our customers are not happy with our service or any other issue for that matter I hope we can find a amicable solution to this problem I will give you the background information regarding [redacted] 's account and how we tried to provide the proper instructed service [redacted] continuously has excessive amounts of trashShe was told there is a bag limit as far back as January We let her know again in February that there was a bag limit and she informed us to count the bags and bill her for the extra That is what we did [redacted] has not paid anything on her bill since 2/20/ We bill a month behind therefore, she hasn't even paid for her February service yet I have attached [redacted] recent payment history and the paperwork for the extra bags that [redacted] informed us to bill her for We did not even bill [redacted] for the extra garbage collected in January We have over residential customers with several of those customers that we service the same way as [redacted] (counting extra bags) We have never had a complaint or concern with this service by any other customerAdditionally, I have talked to [redacted] on the phone concerning the possibility of someone adding trash to her bin without her knowledge, but she didn't seem to agree with that, although it occurs quite often, especially in rural areas If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to let me know I believe we can come to a reasonable resolve Thanks, [redacted] Nicholas Sanitation, Inc [redacted]
