Nice T-Shirt

I attempted to order a shirt through ***, I received an error stating that the website couldn't be reached at that time. I waited a few minutes and tried again. The purchase went through the second time. The next morning, I was checking my bank account and saw 2 charges for the company. When I contacted them that day, 1 day after ordering, I was told that nothing could be done that my order was already in process. I stated that there was a problem with their website and that I didn't need 2 of the same shirt. I was basically told, too bad, nothing they could do.
