Niagara Machine

Review: We intended to purchase a piece of equipment from Niagara Machine, once the machine was delivered, it did not perform as they said it would. We had the machine returned. Once returned, Niagara Machine is trying to charge us for using the machine. They have made false statements in regards to hours used of the machine and overall condition of the machine when trying to sell it to us. In addition, they blantly attacked our reputation and my personal intelligence in a written statement. We are currently disputing the charges.Desired Settlement: We would like the charges removed from our American Express business card.
