The work order that was sent to this vendor was for a new location and did not have the language describing the administration fee as it should have beenAlso because this subcontractor that has never done work for us before and this was a "one off job" and therefore did not have a contract with us
which also would have outlined the feeTherefore, we will be sending the subcontractor a check for the $dollars as they are correct and they were not informed of the fee before hand
