***, on May 23,our office received a call from an upset woamn named *** ***She said there was squirrels in her chimney and it needed to be cleaned because her grandchildren were coming over.She also stated she called other companies and couldn't get anyone to help herOur office
told her we would speak to mour technician and get right back to herOur office called *** right back and assured her our company would be out in a few hours and your chimney will be cleaned todayAfter finishing the job our technician was already on he went to *** *** *** ** *** **and cleaned the chimneyAt the time our technician was there cleaning the chimney there were no suirrels inside the chimneyOn June 20,*** called our office again saying there is something dead in the chimney and there were flies in her houseWe told her we had to talk to our technician and we would get back to her After talking with our technican we called her again telling her she has a cap on her chimney and no on way for suirrels to get in We told her to talk to her neighbor who she shares the chimney withIf ther were a dead squirrel in the chimney at the time of the cleaning b we would have found itWe told her we would be happy to schedule an appoinment for someone to come take a look but we were on a job and had no one available on that dayOur job there was done we cleaned the chimney got paid for our services and leftIf you have any questions please call our office
