This company's response is unsatisfactory and I have given statement of account in doc file so he clearly owes us 200$ and 100$ pentalty as he said he will charge tenant so please see the statement and pay our 300$ back

Please find attached a record of all correspondence on this matter that has already been provided to this client Client was provided all bills, statements, records and explanations on each but is still demanding a refund while account balance is actually negative
