with themI got a confirmation email and receipt for my transaction, but no further response regarding my complaintsI paid for my item and never received it, which is quite unfairI contracted them times regarding my order and no response was relevant to my concernsThey only sent coupons.Sincerely,*** ***

basically they have responded to me and they keep saying the same thing over and over where "oh well
your stuff is being sent right now we'll send you an email to confirm" with no email or confirmation number or anything and I've asked for a refund multiple times and they say the same thing where they say they'll send an email but I never get anything at allThey have a number of complaints on their Facebook of the same thing and anytime anybody posts negative things the comment gets deleted within a couple hours and since around the *** of October they won't even respond anymoreTo anybodyAnd still no email about a refund or my product being shippedEven though they've promised both when I call them out on how I didn't get anything I get the same robotic response where it seems like they didn't even lookIt's been going on about four months now and I'd like this thief to pay me back
