Review: I brought in a dress and a coat to this business for dry cleaning, and when I received the garments back, I noticed that the accessory on my dress was completely damaged after I had already paid. On the front of my dress, there was a chain of three rings that were loosely linked by metal links, and after the dry cleaning, the center chain was missing as well as the metal links connecting them. I noticed the damage the day after I had picked up the dress, and so I brought it back. The manager/owner just told me that he saw the dress that way, but he will look for the pieces and contact me back within the next couple of days to let me know the progress. I did not receive any phone calls after three days, so I stopped by the store to follow up on the fourth day. When I arrived, the manager/owner showed me the dress and told me he found the center ring, but not the links. I asked him what I was supposed to do with the damaged dress and he suggested that he would sew on the ring and attach it that way. I was not compensated for the damage of my dress or even the amount it took to dry clean it even though the dress is not wearable anymore. I feel that this issue is not resolved and I do not believe that the manager will take responsibility for this issue if I was to return to the store again.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded of the amount that it cost me to dry clean the dress as well as the retail value of the dress due to the damage caused.
