debit transactions, which is explicitly stated at the bottom of all receiptsAn example receipt is attached to attest to this policyGiven the customer's history of patronage, we made an exception to this policy and refunded the transaction with store credit in the form of a gift cardThis was already an exception to the policy, and we are unable to refund a credit transaction with cashFurthermore, we were unable to return the product, as we had made a special order for the customer six months prior to her coming in to pick up the productAs an assurance to the customer that we did not make any profit from placing this order and selling this product to her, we have attached current pricing for the same heating ironAccounting for taxes, the price would come to around $153, which is not a significant difference from the $that the customer paid, especially considering fluctuation in pricing for products.Sincerely,Victor T V.P
