Review: We hired the next level band for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. The steel drums were suppose to be planning as guests arrive, and as stated above. He DID NOT play as guest arrive he had no idea what he was suupose to be doing and the music that was requested was not played, there was no music when they pronounced as man and wife the whole ceremony was silent! I HAVE THE VIDEO TO PROVE IT! I tried numerous times to reach out to [redacted]. We agreeded on a reimbursment over a month later, I still have not recieved payment!Desired Settlement: We agreeded on 200 to cover ceremony,that is all I want back
