Review: This facility advertises that they offer two(2) weeks of trial martial arts for $39.99 and if for any reason you do not wish/can't continue after that time you just return the gloves that were issued at the time of registration and you will be refunded the $39.99. This was a gift to my son ([redacted])from me but due to scheduling and personal circumstances he was not able to participate in the program. I returned the gloves with my name, address and phone number and was told they would issue a refund check as soon as possible. That was the beginning of June. On June 28th I sent an email requesting the refund and to this date I have not received the refund nor have I received any acknowledgement at all!Desired Settlement: Refund of $39.99 payment to martial arts studio.
