Next Generation Heating and Air

Review: I bought a furnace and air conditioner through next generation heating and air and had it installed on October 25, 2013. Part of the contract states that they would take care of the city permits which they have not taken care of. I have called them numerous times and have been told many times they would take care of it and they have not. It is almost going to be four months and they have not called the city of Lathrop to set an appointment for the inspection of the furnace and air units. I already paid them in full and they have not performed everything that was stated in the contract. I am now afraid that they have not called for inspection because the installation might not be up to the city code. I now fear for the safety of my family since I am not sure if they have correctly installed the furnace and air conditioner.Desired Settlement: I would like them to call the city of lathrop and set an appointment so the city can come and make sure that the furnace and air conditioner they installed meets the city code. If not, then I want them to reimburse me for the citys inspection fee.
