Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/12/22) */ Ms [redacted] made her last payment in October. She has since had appropriate rent and fees added strictly according to the agreement that she signed. We have tried to contact her several times, but ahe moved without notifying us. Therefore all of... the letters that we sent were returned "moved left no address". She was upset that we would not discuss her account over the phone. We won't divulge any customer information over the phone. It is a matter of customer security. We try to avoid customer conflict whenever possible, but have not been able to in this case. Since Ms [redacted] is so upset at our insistence on payment, I have tried to reach an understanding with her. Hopefully we will be able to settle thia situation amicably. After I begged to speak with my owner about my account, he then called upset about me filing a complaint with the BBB he the stated that since he had until the 25th of December to respond to the BBB that I had until the 25th of December to Get my things out of my unit and off of his property. I felt that that was pretty unfair knowing that I live out of state.
