Concrete job dried faulty with cracks and discoloration. They have been contacted 5 times.
This company was contracted for a concrete driveway extension job. The job was done on 2/1/20 and they were paid $2400.00 the same day. They stated that the local concrete supply plant was "broken" so they had to use a farther distance plant which made the concrete harder to work with. I also informed them from the beginning of the job that the weather called for 90 percent rain and they assured that this was OK as long as the rain was "light." The concrete dried splotchy, discolored, and covered in spider cracks. The first time that I called, I was told to give it some time to dry completely. The second and third time that I called, the same woman took a "supposed message" and stated that the owner would call us back. No phonemail was received. The fourth time we called, we were told that someone would be out to look at it the following week and get back with us- this also never transpired. The fifth time we called which was on 6/10/20, we received a call back from Shane Villarreal- he left a text message. We messaged him back and explained the issue and once again, no response.
