We had our school library carpet install by Next Day CarpetThey did not install the carpet we selectedThe carpet in less than a month started to come a partWe phoned Tony in Next Day Carpet and he came out to tell us this is was the product that we orderedThe school has attempted several times to resolve this issue with Tony, he has avoided our appointments, and not returned our phone callsIt was confirmed by the carpet installer that the carpet was not the product that we had ordered and paid for in completeIt is unfortunate that a company would not want to support the school community and correct this situation to make a comfortable and attractive learning environmentPlease help us in correcting this situation for our school community, and most of all our students
