On february 8th 2020 my contractor has placed an order for several cabinet doors. As of today March 10th 2020 the company representative Meera has been saying the order is still not in. This is an urgent project where everyday is of the essence. It's been more than a month and product still hasn't been delivered. The company continues to deceive the client by saying "it should be in" manager is not to be found.
Our contractor purchased the cabinets for our new home. There are many draws that do not work. I called the business and they won't do anything for us because we don't have the order number. Our contractor won't give us the order number. We want the draws to work properly.

NextDay Cabinets is a Wholesale Distributor for Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinets, we sell to builders, contractors, dealers and business only. The businesses are responsible to complete all installations and repairs etc. NextDay Cabinets is not involved with the Homeowners at any time.It seems like the complaint came from our customers client, the homeowner. If the homeowner called or came to NextDay Cabinets at any time, we would simply needed the company name or the order number to pull up the order in our system to be able to assist the homeowner. Without knowing who this order was placed through, we won't be able to file claims or assist any homeowners, this would be against NextDay Cabinets privacy policy.Typically if there is a issue with drawer glides, this would be an easy fix. We can sell the glides from stock and they are available immediately. In case where there is warranty issue, the claim would take 3 - 5 business days and we would replaced the drawer glides and solved the issue.I am not sure why the contractor would not want to file a claim for them. If the contractor who was working with them refuses to assist them, then it is harder for us to help the homeowners because we can not give any pricing or order information to the homeowners. I hope this clarifies and explains our side. However, the homeowner must reach out to their contractors to resolve any issues.
