Next Acoustics

I ordered MOFO Rizers (speaker isolators) from Next Acoustics on Feb. 24, 2020 and the invoice generated from the website stated the order is being fulfilled. The funds for the purchase was deducted from my account. The website should be inactive or taken down to prevent future scams. Had I known Next Acoustics had filed for bankruptcy I never would have placed the order.

Next Acoustics is purportedly an acoustic foam manufacturer. I purchased a small studio starter kit near the end of January. I should emphasize that this was after having an email conversation with someone who worked for the company after they noticed that I had left items in my cart without checking out. They seemed very interested in my business.

Fast forward 2 weeks, and my order status on their website is still "Awaiting Fulfillment". Despite the initial responsiveness, I was no longer getting responses from the sales agent I had been corresponding with, despite the increasing urgency conveyed by my messages. I started submitting inquiries about my order through the contact form on the website, but to no avail.

I even tried contacting them through Facebook and have had no response. At this point, I am beginning to suspect fraud if this silence persists, and my first step was to contact the Revdex.com.

Order placed on 2/28/19...It is 4/4/19 and order still showing "Awaiting Fulfillment". Sent emails inquiring about the order...Nothing! I was charged $67 for nothing. I will get my $ back and will let all of my professional voiceover colleagues know about "Next Acoustics".

I placed an online order December 24th, 2018, it's status is still awaiting fullfillment. I have placed calls, left messages, sent emails, posted on Facebook, sent a message via their website and I have not received any communications what so ever. They took my money immediately. I am now left to pursue other means to get my money back.
