I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have received a unexecptable offer from Nexgen I made a counter office but to date I have not received a response from Nexgen to date no mutually agreeable resolution has been done]
Regards,
[redacted]
I have spoke with my husband in regards to your offer. The offer to install more solar panels is a good idea to us. BUT we do not believe that 2 panels will resolve this problem. We suggest at least 4 panels.
The average of our PGE is apx $160. per month this is what the average of our PGE was before we got solar. Our PGE for the last year was $2300. with the solar panals. Even if our energy use has gone up 5% this should not cause our PGE to be $160. average per month. Your company advised us that 10 solar panels would make our PGE be apx $80.00. Your company decided where to put the solar panels and how many panels we would need for our PGE to be average of $80.
We had been in contact with Mrs [redacted] prior to her submittal of complaint #[redacted] on 7/24/14. We were in the process of investigating her...
concerns. Her complaint caught us by surprise as we had unreturned messages from her.
We have since been in phone contact, I believed working towards resolution as we made a more than fair offer to make the [redacted] family whole based on factual information and data.
I received an email today from Mrs. [redacted] indicating that might not be the case. We will continue to work toward an amicable resolution either directly or with your help.

Review: On 7/16/2012 I purchase Solar panels. My contract was for 10 panels, I was guaranteed that my PGE bill would not be more than $80.00 per month. In October 2013 I received a PGE bill for over $2000. This is when I found out my PGE was over $160.00 per month. PGE is billing me yearly. I mailed copies of all my Energy Metering statements to Nexgen as they requested. To date no action has been taken to fix the problem. I have called Nexgen for the past two days and cannot get a return phone call. The panels are not working because my PGE is Not less that it was before. I have upgraded my home with two energy saving fans. Therefore my PGE should be much less that $80. per month.Desired Settlement: I request Nexgen fix the non working panels. The panels are under a 25 year warranty. And Nexgen needs to pay the PGE bill that is more than $80. per month.
