Review: The Club has not been providing Steam Room Service for the past 3 weeks and have been citing various excuses, they are not compensating the Club Members in any way. The customer service is pathetic and horriblwDesired Settlement: Service fulfillment as paid for by members and Improved customer service

Newport Swim and Fitness had an issue with the electric supplying power to the men’s steam room. Parts needed to be ordered and repairs scheduled. All was addressed and repaired by 5/18/15. We cannot control when things break down. We can only address and repair in a timely manner. All was address and repaired as quickly as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused our members. When a member signs up they sign off that this may happen in such a large facility from time to time. See all documents provided.
