The Attorney agreed that the reply from the Newport Marine Service was not reasonable And that attorney's service was not needed for small claims court.Newport Marine Services has stolen the sails, and the small engine, to force payment of over charged services.

Gentlepeople: In response to your letter of May 18, 2016 with reference to further responses from Mr. [redacted], please be advised that the office of the Vermont Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division has rejected the complaint referenced in Mr. [redacted] response set forth in your letter of May 18, 2016. As has previously been indicated, the matter is presently in the hands of insurance investigators and attorneys. As you will note, Mr. [redacted] response, now that he has not succeeded with the Vermont Attorney General's office, is to threaten to take action in Federal District Court. It now appears from his latest complaint with the Revdex.com that he is no longer utilizing the services of his attorney because of dissatisfaction with that attorney's recommended resolution, which was a resolution proposed by Newport Marine Services. Newport Marine Services stands by its response to the initial complaint of Mr. [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]-- [redacted]Phone: [redacted]Fax: [redacted]
