Review: On July 24 Newport Dental charge me in advance $230.00 for my wife's dental cleaning.
But the service never happened, so we cancel the order and we ask for our money back. The Office manager told me when I was present to recover my money back that the in charge to authorize the money back returns was not at the office at that moment, so she said to come back later on another day.
My bank returned their debit transaction and start a claim to recover my money, but they never start the process to return m,y money back.
So on October 26, I went back to their office and ask for my money so they process a fake refund and today is October 29 and my money is not in the bank credited to my account.
I need your help in this matter. I am a 61 years old man and I don't want these people to take advantage of old people like me.
