Mr *** asked that we hold the car for a week so that he could take it to his mechanic
We agreed
*** came back from his mechanic and made an offer of $
About months after the purchase of the car, Mr *** and *** arrived at Newport Auto Sales and wanted a refund plus any expenses they put into the vehicle
I made a comment that I thought that was asking for a lot
Mr *** said he would do what he had to do
After a few days I called Mr *** and asked him to get the vehicle down to Newport Auto Sales and I would have my mechanics check out the vehicle
We agreed and that was over one month ago
The vehicle was never delivered so I had no chance to inspect it
Mr *** thought any dealership with any integrity would just write a check and everything would be fine
We discounted the vehicle, *** *** took it to his mechanic, I offered to have my mechanics look at it
As far as Newport Auto Sales is concerned, we have gone as far as we will go
Vehicle as 'as is' also
