I've recentley had business with your company for both my own and my daughters glasses We were both told business days, mine took three and a half weeks and my daughters just never came in at all and after a month of calling every second day the staff was not only *** to the issues with the glasses, but the manager was very *** to us both in both instancesWe ended up getting a refund from the store for my daughters glasses *** *** She did not want to give my daughter a refund The manager wanted us to wait another days so they could fix their mistakes This treatment is unacceptable *** and I will never use or recomend your companny again
Less than hrs after my purchase at this store, I decided I wasn't entirely satisfied with the glasses I picked out for my childI went back to this location and asked for a refund The optician on the floor was not pleased and told me I wouldn't get a full refund but instead he would retain 25% of the $I paidI was taken back by that since their policy has a day satisfaction warranty But instead this individual decided he would withhold 25%I told him I needed to speak to the manager and after he made me wait around on the floor for this manager, he than told me I'd have to wait until the following day He not only refused to process my refund, he also called me irresponsibleI didn't walk into this store expecting to be insulted, refused my own money back but his entire demeanor was ***All of this was carried out in front of other customersAll unnecessary because HQ confirmed he was wrong for denying me a refundThis has been the worst customer service
