I brought my car on Jan *** 2020 for a bumper and censor repair due to an accident . State farm sent an inspector to inspect my vehicle before the shop did any work on my car . The inspector took pictures of the vehicle and mileage and took estimate of damages. I was issued a rental through state farm while my car was in the shop . The maximum amounts of days allotted is 21 days , I had the rental for 30 days because my car was still in the shop . State farm stated the job should only take about 3-4 days : When I picked my car up February *** 2020 , I was told the job wasn’t completed but the car was being returned due to the rental having to be returned. The paint on my bumper was still wet , the bumper was off track and hanging, paint inside my trunk . I was now told its a bubble in the tire and I noticed my gas tank was empty and 30 miles was driven in the car . I asked for an invoice for the bumper and censor , resse refused to provide a copy and wrote up his own receipt for the job . He received 2 checks through state farm and when we both asked for a refund because I was not satisfied with the work and I no longer wanted the shop to fix my car . He refused a refund and I stated I will take this to court and he stated “see you in court”.
