To Whom It May Concern:*** ** has been a customer with us for approximately two years, and within those two years he has accumulated a total of membershipsOn July 16, 2015, he contacted the corporate office to cancel his account and dispute charges on his accountWe looked into his account
and explained to him the terms and conditions he agreed to sign upon signing up for a membershp with usPer phone conversation, we had a mutual agreement to not refund the $monthly membership charge on his account, but we immediately cancelled his membership so he will no longer get charged.Attached are *** **'s customer recordsThe customer information page displays that *** ** has used our services times, so services were rendered until November 14, It is contradicting for the customer to not agree to our charges because if he did not want to use our services anymore, he would have stopped visiting our faci**ty and cancelled his account since he just cancelled his membership in July, and should be reasonably aware of the processOn November 10, he submitted contacted his bank to dispute his $monthly membership chargeA few days later, he called the corporate office to ask for a refund and we explained to him that since we have submitted the paperwork to his bank for the dispute, we will not issue the refund because it will automatically refunded to his bank if the bank agrees with him.Our company has noticed the excessive creation and termination of memberships for this particular customerThere has been a repetitive pattern for the past two years of this customer signing up for a membership, using our services, cancel**ng his membership, and then denying his charges and demanding a refundWe have brought this uncessary activity to his attention when we told him that we are exercising our right as a business to refuse services to him based on his excessive abuse of our membership priveleges.*** *** *** *** *** ***
