I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** I do, however, request that a dollar amount is specified and agreed to by HobanAs stated in my initial complaint, I will pay $80.00, which is $taken off of the original billAlthough Hoban agreed to a $credit off of the bill, I want to be assured that the bill will not include any extra costs (late fees, etc) which might be added by their debt recovery partnerI am requesting the Revdex.com to retain oversight over this case until the adjusted bill is received by me.I am also suggesting that Hoban receives additional instruction regarding legal and proper business practices, especially those involving telephonic credit/debit card paymentsMy bank has been notified and is proceeding appropriately

This account had already been cancelled due to day delinquencyOur policy is that customers are required to have a credit card for payment after services are renderedIn this specific situation we had postponed payment at the customer's requestAfter we stopped receiving responses to messages
that were left, we left three final messages over a week that we would be using the credit card she had provided on the fifth and if payment needed to be postponed or a different payment method used to please let us know and we would make arrangementsAfter we received no response we proceeded with the processing the paymentThis same credit card was used for payment throughout for services rendered.After the card was processed, Msl*** contacted the office and I immediately cancelled the charge at her requestI also removed the card from her account at her request. I will apply the $Discount to the account for any inconvenience this may have caused MsL*** and forward her information and balance to our debt recovery partner. Please let me know if any additional action is required
