Newburgh Auto Glass

STAY AWAY FROM NEWBURGH AUTO GLASS in Newburgh. I had used Newburgh Auto Glass II in Walden a few years ago and had a good experience. I decided to give them my repeat business and had a windshield replaced on my vehicle on a Friday. I dropped it off first thing in the morning, it was ready to be picked up by 3. On Tuesday (4 days later) we had inclement weather and I went out to my vehicle to find water POURING in through my windshield seal and running into and dripping on the dashboard. I immediately went back to Newburgh Auto Glass and the gentleman was very apologetic (said he had been doing this "15 years and this never happens..") and told me to drop it off for a day whenever I could so he could fix it. This morning I brought my vehicle to be repaired. The woman in the office was extremely rude and unprofessional. Suddenly this went from being a one day repair to two days - not ok. Coincidentally, there was no one else available to speak with besides their rude office person. I will not be returning to Newburgh Auto Glass, and I still have a vehicle with a bad water leak. STAY AWAY. Spare yourself the headache and pay a few extra dollars to have your job done correctly the first time!!
