Review: Will noy come and fix my gas fireplace that Newberry Pool installed. I have had many issues in thr past asking them to just come and setvice it but now thete is obviously something wrong and I can now longer use it and can't get anyone else to look at it b/c they didn't install it. I hope you can help b/c wr use it all winter to help heat our house.Desired Settlement: Just please get someone to come and fix it!
