The customer purchased wax melt tarts on June 19th, 2015. Wax melts are intended to be warmed and release a fagrance into the surrounding area. Due to the nature of this product, we have a no return or refund policy on melted wax tarts. Here is a copy of this information that can
be seen at any time on our website.Answer:You can return any new, unused candles or tarts by emailing our home office with order information prior to shipping back the product. We do not accept returns on used candles. In the event a candle is broken in shipment, contact USPS to open a case for the damages and send an email to our home office that includes all order information and atleast pictures of box and product. We are not responsible for replacement or refunds of candles or tarts due to exposure to elements, such as high temperature, during shipping.***After the customers continued persistence we made an exception to this policy and asked for pictures of the melted product. We received a picture of of the tarts that had been melted. We went above and beyond our policy for this product and replaced the tarts that we had received appropriate pictures of. Here is the confirmed tracking and delivery of the product replacement.***USPSIn an effort to close this matter we are willing to go outside of our procedures to assist this customer. Since we have already sent replacement of of the tarts, we are able to offer a refund for the remaining tart and shipping.
