Review: More than a month ago, on September [redacted], I requested a cancellation of my subscription to Bass Player Magazine. I was told in an email from a bass player employee that I would receive a $23.62 prorated refund within two to four weeks. After four week had passed, I contacted them again, and they said it would take up to another month in one email, and in another they said they reversed the refund and said it would take another few months. It would appear to me that they are just screwing around and have no intention of refunding the $23.62.Desired Settlement: The prorated $23.62 refund, and an official cancellation from the magazine.
