Running because of varieties of vegetables available including indian and chinese grocery items. Things that can be improved -
1. Stop asking customers to put the billed stuff in bags,
2. get some customer service personnel to move in the store to help customers,
3. take care of hygiene in the fish/Mexican food area,
Stop buying milk from this store as it gets spoiled in a day or two even if you keep it refrigerated. I doubt the originality of milk bottles in this store. These guys come up with some free bananas on purchase of 50/75$ once in a while to get rid of spoiled bananas by giving it as free gift.
Even after having so many customers, the owner is not worried of improving the quality of customer service and products quality.
