The complaint received by the BBB on 7/29/15 was in regards to a service in progress. The customer called with an issue on three prior occasions and on every occasion we sent a technician out the same day or next day to try to resolve the problem. On the last phone call, occurring 7/28/15, our employee misinterpreted the customer’s request and responded in a manner that was displeasing to the customer. The technician was sent the following day, 7/29/15 at 730am. The product was dismantled and reinstalled completely in an effort to prohibit the issue from occurring again. Upon receiving the complaint from the BBB and speaking with the employee who handled the call, our General Manager called the customer to address the complaint and apologize for the actions of the employee. The customer was assured that we were committed to addressing her concerns. As of our last contact with the customer on 7/31/15, the customer was satisfied and the service issue was resolved.
