New York Resume Writer

Review: I contacted New York Resume writer on December *, 2014 regarding having my resume re-edited. Someone one by the name of [redacted] contacted me via email. She stated how she can help me what I have to do to start the process and how much I will have to pay to re-edit my resume. After giving it some thought on December [redacted] I purchased a package on the companies website [redacted] the package was $150. [redacted] send me a receipt via email and also send me another email stating that I will receive my package on December **, 2014. I did not receive anything not even an email with an update of my purchase. I have tried contacting them via email and phone no answer or reply back. I was able to speak to someone by the name of [redacted] via live chat in the companies website. [redacted] was very unprofessional and rude stated that I was going to receive my package by the end of the day on December **, 2014. I did not receive anything. This company is a fraud they are scamming people. this is straight robbery and money laundry. I will like to receive a full refund for $150 as soon as possible. Can someone please help me put a stop to this company which is taking advantage of innocent people trying to look for help during their job search.
