Review: On April **, 2015 I submitted an online payment/deposit in the amount of $400.00 to NYIT. This deposit was made in good faith. My daughter spoke with guidance/college counselors who advised her due to financial restrictions to withdraw acceptance and request refund of deposit to NYIT. The withdrawal of acceptance and request for refund of deposit was request in writing via e-mail and via phone on April **, 2015 prior to the deposit deadline date of May *, 2015. I have contacted the school several times and am constantly being told that the refund is non-refundable.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund of the deposit of $400.00 to be deposited back into my checking account with [redacted]

Review: I cannot get my tuition balance information from neither NYIT, [redacted] university or [redacted] debt collections.Desired Settlement: To find out my actual balance needed to settle the debt. I was a student of nyit Ellis division in 2008. The partnership is not operating anymore and I can't seem to get any straight answers.
