Review: I went to [redacted] to have my teeth straightened using Invisalign. He charged me for Invisalign and his website clearly states he uses Invisalign. After other issues that occurred with different treatments I went to another dentist to have a second opinion. My retainers were not Invisalign brand but some other brand he used. I then called and confirmed with Invisalign that he never submitted me as a patient to them. My insurance company has been requesting that he refund my payments to him in the amount of $1200. Not only because my teeth were not straightened by the unknown device he was using but also because he charged me for a product he did not use. To date he has yet to refund any payment to me.Desired Settlement: I would like for the business to refund the requested amount of $1200.00 to me for an unsuccessful treatment and for charging for a product that was not used.
