March *).  Our chaperons were on site until 8:40 and the bus did not arrive.  In the course of my interaction with them they lied (i.e. told me verbally that only a 25% deposit was required only to learn later that the small print required 100% payment, their website lists an address where they DON'T have an office) and acted unethically.  I sincerely hope you can help so others aren't duped by them!

Review: When I spoke to them about chartering a bus, they told me it would require a down payment. Then I got my credit card bill and saw they had charged me the full amount. When I called to request a refund until services were rendered (as discussed on the call) they said that when I signed up online I agreed to pay the full amount upright and gave away my rights to a refund. They then refused to provide a single client reference and when I went to their building (address is on the website), the people working in the building had never heard of this company! I have repeatedly requested a refund for a service not meant to be rendered for another month and they refuse. And now they refuse to answer any of my emails. I have zero trust in this company (for obvious reasons) and believe they may be a fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, as I've been requesting for more than 2 weeks. No services have been rendered, so I'm not sure why this is an issue for them.
