I would give zero stars if possible. It's crazy that this company can even be in business. They have lied about a house they are purchasing acting as if they are actual buyer when in fact they are selling the house to another party while purchasing it from me. They had no intention of actually purchasing the property for themselves or complying with contractual obligations. I dealt with Mark I who ignored my phone calls for days. Horrible company, dishonest and shady. I do not recommend doing business with them.
