We tried to accomodate the customer for an appointment, but she would not accept the dates we had available. Our guy then had to undergo a minor surgery, and we had to put appointments on hold, but for a three-day period only. We tried later to contact the customer to schedule a new appointment, but...

she wanted to cancel the order. We will give the customer the deposit back.
