DO NOT go to any of these storesI repeat, DO NOT! I picked up a tablet as a gift for a friend & "New Wave Wireless" here in Fayetteville, AR was the only place in town that had itI had never heard of the company but the man on the phone when I called said he would give it to me for $(normally $150), so of course I wentI bought that & a "BLU" smartphone to use as a hotspot & spent about an hour & a half in the storeBoth the employee & manager assured me multiple times before I left that if I had any problems/dislikes about my phone I would be able to bring it back for a refund or exchangeWELL, the phone turned out to be HORRIBLE & SLOW! I went by the store a couple of days later to do exactly what I was told would be possible & was expecting a refund considering the phone was still brand newA young girl was working this time & the manager was not even in the storeWhen she called him about my issue he stated that I would NOT be able to get my money back & that I could only do an exchange? Why? I didn't purchase a phone planI didn't sign a contract In my honest opinion, the manager & employee that night were obviously just doing whatever they had to do to make a saleThat my friends is what I call TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not to mention they had no decent phones & most of them were strange brands I had never even heard of DO NOT GO TO NEW WAVE WIRELESS! DO NOT SPEND MONEY AT NEW WAVE WIRELESS!
