Mr *** of New Trendz Design Canada commenced the construction of my basement at the given address on November 20th 2017 to be completed 6weeks with a week contingency as stipulated in the agreement. however up to this very date June 11th 2018 the job has not been completed.

Mr. took the last $2,000 to get the counter-Top of the kitchen done from the installer but disappear afterwards, thus the said Mr. whom *** claimed to be his partner when signing the agreement of substantial $5,000 taken from me on March 19th 2018 for the job to be completed on march 31st 2018 was actually a *** because the job wasn't done the said partner was contacted and he told me they are just friends not partners, every effort to contact him has prove abortive and hence police was contacted by me on June 8th 2018 " Constable *** " advice me to file the complain on this site.

As its right now he is not contacting and every time a call was put across to both him and the said friend was not honored
*** always decline the calls and avoid Mr. that introduce him to me
Kindly address the issue as soon as possible as the undone job is post hazard to the living environment, also My Job is currently slow and I am stuck in the middle of the Job with *** as the basement can not be used or rent out to substitute my Mortgage. all signed paper works are available as proof
