New Stone Tax Services

2 years ago I paid for services to start a non-profit, they either didn't file the paperwork or didn't do it correctly. Over the past year they claim it's being worked on with the IRS and almost finished but that leads to more delays and more excuses, I feel I'm being lied to and they aren't actually working on it. Now they don't return my emails or calls for follow up. 2 years, $600, and lost sleep to clear up and receive an Non-profit tax-exemption status is too long. It's still not resolved.
