Customer purchased the vehicle on March 4th 2017. On March 28th we conducted a customer interview regarding the loan prior to purchasing the contract. In this interview, we advised customer that this vehicle was sold "as is" with no dealer warranty. Therefore if the vehicle
needed repairs, she would be responsible for any repairShe did purchase a service contract and we advised her this was only for a period of months. She agreed and stated that she understood this. We also went over the terms of the loan and let her know that this was a no grace period loan and that her payments would need to be made on or before the due date. She then made two payments on time and has since been late on the payments. She was clearly told that she would receive collection calls after the first day passed her due date. We have tried to work with her on payments and she does not follow through making her payment arrangementsNotes are logged in the system each time we speak with her and we would be happy to provide theseShe was also told that she needed to work with the dealer to get her GPS installed as it was a stipulation on us funding her loan. She agreed and has made it difficult to get this done and has still neglected to work with them to have this done. We have gone above and beyond trying to help this customer and were very clear in the customer interview as to the terms and conditions of the loan
