The people we are filing the complaint on are [redacted] and [redacted],email address:[redacted],telephone for the business 919-[redacted],Mrs. [redacted] cellular number 919-[redacted]. The complaint consist of a wedding reception refund that was not refunded due to the cancelling of the wedding that was to be conducted on January 24, 2015. We had a in person conversation on January 13, 2015 to let them know we where going to cancel the wedding and we where requesting the money back that we where paying for our reception. The money to be refunded was $500.00. The money was to cover the reception dinner that consist of a menu of a chicken breast,green beans,rice,roll and tea. When cancelling the wedding and wanting the money that was due back, Mr.and Mrs. [redacted] stated they would give us food because that is what Mrs. [redacted] had purchased and she was going to return the food to us on January 14,2015. We have not rececived the food and now at this point we just want our money due to Mrs. [redacted] stated she seasoned the meat aready,we do not want to accept food that was already opened and seasoned and did not already been return by now. At the time of the agreement to return the food it was eleven days then. We did not have no return agreement,nor did we sign any agreements on the returning of the money. Desired SettlementWe have not heard from Mr. and Mrs.[redacted] about the matter so we our forced to take action bacause we need our money and we feel like we was mistreated with the returning of the money and the way they unsuccessfully conducted business with us.
