I am rejecting this response because: They are untruthful in their business practice If they do not have my information, then how did they withdraw money from my account? They told me on the phone that they would not refund my money that was withdrawn from my checking account without my authorization But after the Revdex.com became involved, they did refund a portion of my money I was refunded (or in actuality, most of the money they stole from my account was returned) $of the $which was taken I have chosen to accept this partial payment, and am willing to close this matter However, I want to formally warn anyone who is considering doing business with this company My bank told me that they have had several complaints about this company, and that they continue to withdraw money from their "customers" accounts for months, often without realizing until it's too late.Thank you for your help in this matter
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: They are untruthful in their business practice. If they do not have my information, then how did they withdraw money from my account? They told me on the phone that they would not refund my money that was withdrawn from my checking account without my authorization. But after the Revdex.com became involved, they did refund a portion of my money. I was refunded (or in actuality, most of the money they stole from my account was returned) $87.02 of the $97.67 which was taken. I have chosen to accept this partial payment, and am willing to close this matter. However, I want to formally warn anyone who is considering doing business with this company. My bank told me that they have had several complaints about this company, and that they continue to withdraw money from their "customers" accounts for months, often without realizing until it's too late.Thank you for your help in this matter.
