I wanted you touch base with you about the complaint on my company (ID# [redacted]).   I  did not respond  to this letter until  I  met with my attorney to see how best to resolve this situation with my customer.
class="Apple-tab-span"> Sadly the customer never gave me a chance to explain the expenditures on this project  and does not trust anything that I say any more, so I  have hired an attorney to plead are case to the customer and present an offer.  I would ask that we could have a couple of weeks of time to follow through with this process. The attorney has all receipts and processed check to validate our expenditures, and my attorney is authorize to send copies to the customer to show good faith in this situation.
